The long-awaited second edition of the World Poker Tour World Online Championships is finally here. It has officially kicked off on August 12 and the festival will be hosted on the global partypoker online poker platform for the second year in a row. The entire festival runs for just over a month until September 14, 2021, and includes tournaments with buy-ins ranging between $5.50 a $25,500.

partypoker will once again host its extensive satellite schedule, with which players of all bankrolls can take a shot at the pinnacle tournament. For as little as $0.01, the journey begins and satellite finals are being held every Sunday. On top of that, the $1,050 Mini Main Event will feature a guarantee of $1 million whereas the $109 Micro Main Event pays out at least $250,000 in prize money. On the opening day of the online festival, the first starting days for the WPT Opener and Mini Opener are scheduled to take place. For a buy-in of $215, players from all over the world can take a shot at $1 million in guaranteed prizes in the 7-max progressive knockout tournament. The respective Mini edition features a price tag of $22 y $200k guarantee. Both final days are scheduled to take place on August 23, giving everyone plenty of time to secure a chance to participate.
The WPT Pro Hunt will be among the first highlights of the festival, as it kicks off the activities right out of the gates on August 13. With a bargain buy-in of $33, it features a guaranteed prize pool of $30,000 and plenty of additional prizes will be up for grabs.
